Privacy Policy

Narvia is operated by A.T. Roy Business Intelligence Ltd. ("we", "us"), an Israeli company incorporated on 9 February 2022 (Company No. 516558657). This policy explains what personal data we handle and why.
1. Two kinds of data
Account data is what you give us: your name, email address, organization name, and the names and keywords you ask us to monitor. We are the controller of this data.
Monitored content is public content we collect on your behalf: news articles, public Bluesky posts and public Telegram channel messages that match your keywords. It can contain names and opinions of people who are not our customers. We collect only public sources and no private messages, and we use this content only to provide your dashboard.
2. What we do with it
- Collect public mentions that match your keywords, several times a day.
- Send the text of each mention to an AI provider (Anthropic) to label it positive, negative, neutral or unknown.
- Show the results in your dashboard, and let you search, filter and export them to CSV.
- Keep the service secure, back it up, and fix problems.
- Process your payment and send you service messages.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your account data or monitored content to train AI models.
3. Who processes data for us

Anthropic receives the text of each collected mention, not your account details. Backups are encrypted before they leave our server.
4. Retention
We keep your account data while your subscription is active. Monitored content stays in your dashboard until you delete the project or close your account. After closure we delete both within 30 days, and encrypted backups age out within 30 days after that.
5. Security
Each customer's data is separated at the database level so one account cannot read another's. Connections use HTTPS. Backups are encrypted.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your account data by writing to office@the-roy.com. If you are a person mentioned in content we collected and want it removed, write to the same address with a link to the item and we will review it. Under Israeli law you may also contact the Privacy Protection Authority.
7. Cookies and storage
The dashboard stores your language choice and your sign-in session in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Transfers outside Israel
Some providers above process data outside Israel. We choose providers that apply security measures appropriate to the data.
