Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Narvia, operated by A.T. Roy Business Intelligence Ltd. ("we", "us"), Company No. 516558657. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Narvia collects public mentions of the names and keywords you choose from news, Bluesky and public Telegram channels, labels each with a sentiment, and shows them in a dashboard. Sources and features may change over time.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Use Narvia only for lawful monitoring of brands, organizations and public figures. You may not use it to harass, stalk or profile private individuals, to resell the data, to circumvent usage limits, or to probe or disrupt the service.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Plans are Individual, Team and Pro, billed monthly or annually, within the keyword and mention limits shown on the pricing page. Payment is handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and may add taxes. The subscription renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Refunds. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment by writing to office@the-roy.com.

5. Data accuracy

Mentions come from third-party sources, and sentiment labels are produced by an AI model. They can be wrong or incomplete, and some mentions are labeled unknown. Narvia is a monitoring aid. Do not rely on it as the only basis for legal, financial or reputational decisions.

6. Your content and our content

You keep rights in the keywords and settings you enter. Collected mentions belong to their original authors; you may use them internally and export them for your own business purposes. Narvia software, design and the Narvia name belong to us.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Collection depends on third-party sources that can change or block access.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they apply.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.
